Refund Policy

Plainleaf Studio sells digital downloads (fillable PDF templates). Because a digital file can't be returned once it has been downloaded, all sales are final.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of your order and we'll make it right. We will gladly help, or issue a refund, if:

• The file is damaged, won't open, or the fillable fields don't work and we can't fix it for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You received a different product than the one you ordered.

To request help or a refund, contact us through the contact form on our store and include your order number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take several business days to post it.
